WATCH: Elizabeth Vargas’s Ex Breaks In, Threatens to Kill Her

Elizabeth Lyn Vargas referred to as the police on Tuesday, February 1, after her ex-boyfriend Ryan Geraghty barricaded himself inside her residence and threatened the previous “Real Housewives of Orange County” star. Video footage from the incident was shared by TMZ this week and confirmed the terrifying second that Geraghty advised Vargas he would kill her first, then “everyone else.” According to TMZ, Vargas was safely rescued by officers and was not harmed.

In the video, viewers can see Geraghty telling Vargas, 46, “I’m taking you out, after which everyone else. They can shoot me if they need. I do not give a f*** anymore, I’ve obtained nothing to lose.” There are a number of movies of the incident out there on this TMZ article.

According to the Orange County District Attorney’s workplace, Geraghty was arrested by the Newport Beach Police Department “after pointing a gun on the lady and threatening to kill her for refusing to offer him any more cash.” The press launch states that Geraghty is accused of extorting cash for “not promoting nude photographs of her to the media,” starting on Christmas Eve 2021. It provides:

After the lady advised Geraghty she would not be offering him any more cash, Geraghty is [accused] of punching the lady within the face. When she tried to chop him off once more, he pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her.

Geraghty, a Convicted Felon, Has Been Arrested & Faces Multiple Felony Charges in Connection With the Incident

Geraghty, 33, was hit with a number of prices, the Orange County District Attorney introduced:

One felony depend of extortion by drive or risk, one felony depend of assault with a firearm, one felony depend of prison threats, one felony depend of corporal harm on a partner or cohabitant, one felony depend of grossly negligent discharge of a firearm, one felony depend of possession of a firearm by a felon and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a managed substance.

If convicted on all prices, Geraghty may face a most sentence of 75 years and 4 months as much as life in jail, as a result of he has two prior strikes beneath California’s Three Strikes Law.
