Vanessa Bryant has slammed Meek Mill over his leaked tune that references Kobe Bryant’s tragic helicopter crash.
The leaked tune, “Don’t Worry,” options fellow rapper Lil Baby and contains the lyric, “If I ever lack I’m goin’ out with my choppa, or not it’s one other Kobe.”
Fans already expressed their ire on the line, and now the late NBA star’s widow has taken to Instagram to name the phrases “disrespectful.”
“Dear @meekmill, I discover this line to be extraordinarily insensitive and disrespectful. Period,” Vanessa, 38, wrote on her Instagram Story late Monday. “I’m not accustomed to any of your music, however I imagine you are able to do higher than this.”
She continued, “If you’re a fan, nice, there’s a greater solution to show your admiration for my husband. This lacks respect and tact.”
Mill, 33, beforehand shot down critics who known as him out for the road in a weird response, tweeting, “Somebody promo a story and y’all observe it…. y’all web antics can not cease me …. s–t like zombie land or one thing! Lol.”
He later added, “They paying to affect y’all now… its virtually like thoughts management ‘get up.’”
In January 2020, Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, had been among the many 9 individuals who died in a helicopter crash in California. The NBA famous person was 41 years old.
Kobe is survived by Vanessa and their daughters Natalia, 18, Bianka, 4, and Capri, 1.
