The cast of “That Thing You Do!” is reuniting to honor songwriter Adam Schlesinger — who died of coronavirus issues earlier this month — and raise funds for COVID-19 discount efforts.
For the first time in 25 years, all 4 cast members of the fictional band The Wonders will accumulate nearly and share recollections of the enduring 1996 movie.
Tom Everett Scott, Johnathon Schaech, Steve Zahn and Ethan Embry will unite on Friday after beloved dad-of-two Schlesinger — who wrote the enduring Oscar-nominated observe “That Thing You Do!” — died on April 1. Star Liv Tyler could be slated for the reunion.
