“That 70’s Show” star Danny Masterson has been accused of assault – this subsequent to being blamed by different ladies for sexual unfortunate behavior and ambush throughout the years.
The charges against Danny were reported Wednesday by Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey, who says her office has accused the entertainer of three checks of lawful offense persuasive assault including three unique ladies … every one of whom is being recognized as Jane Does.
The supposed assaults – as indicated by the D.A. – happened between 2001 and late 2003 … directly in the center of the sitcom’s run.
Danny’s lawyer, Tom Mesereau, tells TMZ … “Mr. Masterson is blameless, and we’re certain that he will be excused when all the proof, at last, becomes exposed and witnesses have the chance to affirm.”
He includes, “Clearly, Mr. Masterson and his significant other are in finished stun thinking about that these almost 20-year old claims are out of nowhere bringing about charges being documented, however, they and their family are helped to realize that at last reality will come out. The individuals who know Mr. Masterson know his character and realize the claims to be bogus.”
The entertainer has been freely blamed for assault previously, and every single time … he’s energetically denied it.
Whenever sentenced on all charges, Danny faces 45 years to life in the slammer. It’s muddled if he’s been arrested at this point, yet the charging archives express that his suggested bail is set at $3.3 million.
