Jeopardy! returned to the air earlier this week for its first episode following Alex Trebek’s final episode.
The collection is using visitor hosts as it searches for a brand new host. Ken Jennings debuted earlier this week, and there are rumors that Katie Couric will cease by for some episodes.
NFL celebrity, Aaron Rodgers, has now introduced that he will probably be one of many a number of visitor hosts on the daytime competitors collection.
Rodgers dropped the information on The Pat McAfee Show, confirming that he’ll return to the franchise for the primary time since his win on Celebrity Jeopardy!
“One of my idols rising up was Alex Trebek and with the ability to be on Jeopardy! years in the past, although my outfit wasn’t the best selection … they’re doing a little visitor internet hosting spots, and it may be launched right here fairly quickly, however I’ve the chance to be a kind of,” the NFL quarterback dished.
While Rodgers showing as a visitor host got here out of nowhere, it does make sense.
His final look as a contestant was in 2015 when he went up towards Kevin O’Leary and Mark Kelly in a nail-biting competitors.
Rodgers scooped up a $50,000 examine for his accomplishment, which he later donated to Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer Fund.
