I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here viewers have been left fed up and fuming on Saturday night as they weren’t given the show they have been anticipating.

After an action-pcked episode on Friday night, which noticed this 12 months’s campmates compete in a dwell trial, in addition to Ruthie Henshall revealing all on her royal romance, followers have been hoping for some extra dramatics on Saturday as I’m A Celebrity went out on the barely earlier time of 8.45pm.

But there was a shock in retailer for any viewers anticipating footage from the goings on in Gwrych Castle over the previous 24 hours because the show then went out was like a ‘better of’ of week one, with highlights packages, memorable moments from the brand new collection to this point and unseen footage, hosted in pre-recorded hyperlinks by Ant and Dec.

Even the unseen footage, together with a mass singalong led by Russell Watson,wasn’t sufficient to impress viewers who have been tuning in anticipating to see the aftermath of Friday’s trial. One took to Twitter to rant: “Was soooo trying ahead to #ImACeleb tonight & it is only a recap show?!?!? It’s Saturday night! Where is the trials, bugs & drama?!”

Echoing these sentiments, one other tweeted: “What a complete let down! No dwell show?? Okd footage of every week we have simply watched?? What’s occurring? Time to show off,” and a 3rd reacted: “what a horrible determination. Catch up show!!

“Just after we all want entertaining. Bad unhealthy determination. One viewer misplaced right here.”

There was any quantity of indignant tweets about Saturday’s episode, with one other lower than impressed I’m A Celeb fan commenting: “get me out of right here!! Who needs recap c**p on a Saturday night Prime time, move me the distant.”

And, taking inspiration from that now iconic Come Dine With Me not so gracious loser second, one other viewer tweeted: “You gained, ITV. You ruined our Saturday, so you possibly can do a recap episode. Dear lord. What a tragic little life.”
