Nicole Kidman celebrated the current screening of the much-awaited biographical film, Being The Ricardos, and opened up about essaying the position of Lucille Ball within the movie. She revealed that she fell in love along with her character the second she learn the script.

Written and directed by Aaron Sorkin, Being The Ricardos, follows the love story of actors, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. The film is about to be launched on Amazon Prime Video after a restricted launch by Amazon Studios on 10 December 2021.

After Aaron Sorkin’s Being The Ricardos premiere, the staff interacted with the press concerning the film. Nicole Kidman acquired a standing ovation for her efficiency through the post-screening Q&A session, Variety reported. When requested about whether or not she was assured about essaying the position of a comic, the actor revealed that she had large trepidations a couple of month prior. She added that Aaron needed to get on his telephone and ship her emails saying, “You’ve received this.” Nicole mentioned that although it was horrifying it was extremely thrilling. 

Talking about her character within the movie, Kidman talked about that whereas she cherished Lucille Ball and her show, I Love Lucy, she was unaware of the lady behind the lipstick. While talking about how she fell in love with Ball, she mentioned, “I fell in love along with her as I used to be studying the script. I realised what she was doing (was) trailblazing for girls.” 

Javier Bardem position as Desi Arnaz can also be receiving a lot love and appreciation from the viewers. Talking concerning the constructive reactions to his efficiency, Bardem mentioned that he was obsessive about Arnaz and his expertise as a comic. “I used to be obsessive about him and his expertise as a comic, as an individual, as a producer and a musician at the moment whereas being a foreigner on this nation,” Bardem mentioned

‘Being the Ricardos’ cast
