Screenwriter-producer Adele Lim shot to international fame writing ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ in 2018 and is again penning the story of Disney’s new CGI fantasy journey, ‘Raya And The Last Dragon’. She says the makers needed her to anchor the story in love, given the fantastical tone of her newest effort.
“The tone we needed to guide with was one in all love for our world, our household, and pleasure. With a challenge like this that’s so fantastical, we needed to search out emotional anchors for our character and her journey, grounded in one thing true and relatable,” mentioned Lim.
