Celeb Blames Ellen DeGeneres for Being ‘Canceled’ in Hollywood

Anne Heche is pointing fingers at Ellen DeGeneres, opening up about how her former relationship with the speak show host has impacted her profession in Hollywood.

In a current interview with Page Six, the actress, who dated DeGeneres from 1997 to 2000, shared, “This wasn’t a long-term love affair. This was a second in my life once I was given the glory of having the ability to arise for what I consider in and have since I used to be a child.” She went as far as to explain her expertise as feeling like “affected person zero in cancel tradition.”

Heche added that after the romance ended, “I did not do a studio image for 10 years… I used to be fired from a $10 million image deal and didn’t see the sunshine of day in a studio image.”

Harrison Ford Stood Up For Heche

According to Page Six, Heche was up for a number one position within the romantic comedy movie, “Six Days, Seven Nights,” reverse Harrison Ford. However, when she spoke to Page Six, she said that after her relationship with DeGeneres ended “it did not seem to be the studio wished her for the position anymore, and was even instructed she wasn’t going to get it.”

Speaking to Page Six, Heche said that Ford referred to as her to say: “Frankly my expensive, I do not give a rattling who you are sleeping with. We have a romantic comedy to make. Let’s make it the most effective one which’s ever occurred.”

Heche added, “That is why Harrison Ford is my hero. To stand behind me at such a time when the pressure of what I used to be standing up for may have been toppled.”

Heche’s Latest Project

Heche is busy selling her newest movie, “13 Minutes,” which stars Trace Adkins, Peter Facinelli, Amy Smart, and Thora Birch. It hits theaters on Friday, October 29, 2021.

In a current interview with People to advertise the movie, the actress mirrored on her experiences working with A-listers.

She stated of Tommy Lee Jones: “There’s this scene [in Volcano] the place Tommy Lee Jones and I’ve to seize onto a firetruck and we’ve got to carry on, we’re all presupposed to be locked in,” she stated. “As the ladder goes up till we get to about 50 ft, Tommy Lee seems at me and goes, ‘Holy expletive! You’re not linked! Hold on!’ [He] grabbed my belt and made me elevate up and instructed me to carry on as a result of I wasn’t hooked up [to the ladder].”

She added of Denzel Washington, “I say this with the utmost respect. I needed to play a girl in that film that I didn’t need to play, an administrator who was telling him that his son couldn’t have a coronary heart transplant… Denzel Washington seems throughout at me and goes, ‘Go additional!
